the beautiful cooling weather in US

the way my small boss learn vulgar language in mandarin, cantonese and malay

my boyfriend
sighs

really need to sleep =)

i forgot my initial title

i've read a post in one of my friend's blog, saying that she face problems with her sister... she being the eldest and i'm being the youngest have totally different point of views although we are at the same age...

she mentioned that she dislikes what her sister follows whatever she does...

i truly understand this fact BUT sometimes girls are really hard to please (sometimes guys are just the same)

so, imagine the situation like...

the elder one says to the sister "why are you following all my styles, can you be on your own"
so the younger one listens to the elder one and change her styles...
then the elder one thinks the younger one is not doing it right, doesn't favor her style and tell the sister again...

what should the younger one do?

i wonder is that how siblings fight at home?

the example does not really apply to me but most sisters i have seen are in such situation...the funnier fact is that only involve girls but not brother-sister...how weird...

recapped

semester 2 in UNL was pretty smooth i would say despite the days i stay under the same roof with some mice...

i somehow overcame my fear of physics and graduated from physics classes with 2 big Bs...oh well...i'm into biology, can't help it!

bioinformatics was a huge pain in my ass, seriously. i struggled throughout the course and i am still confused and blur with the stuff....it is really useful in future but then i dont have the keen interest...too bad...i didnt do that bad anyway... =)

microbiology was the first ever subject/bio subject i'm about to drop in my tertiary education...thank god i survived! wheeee....

english and microbiology lab were peanuts...no sweat....thankfully great big As!!!

mentally-stressed work + study is totally a diasaster! physically-stressed work + study is still tolerable...

now i can really understand why do working class people kept reminding me to enjoy study days to the fullest...really not a joke because i am here relaxing, my small boss is still doing his research there....

what's my future plans after undergraduate?

good question...i still have not find my answer!

procrastination?

things i have done since the 2 weeks i'm back

- visited the nearest mall approximately 4-5 times, also very well known as queensbay mall, also the mall that never can tempt me to donate money there although it is only FIVE MINUTES drive from my house, parking is 1 ringgit per entry, sales is on etc...i go for the AIR CONDITIONING!

- visited parents' friends and gave out some souvenirs...

- met up with few primary and high school friends

- 90% of my time is to laze around in the house, in short, to be a piece of useless wood

- bought my GRE manual but read a few lines and now my GRE manual is under my laptop, not open since day 1 *shy*

- just went back to ipoh to visit grandma and uncles

- drove quite a lot around the island but will drive more soon

- 4 out of 5 family members are in the house adding one little devil, also my baby dog, dad's "youngest daughter", the house is like going to bring down in any minute

- cut my hair though i miss my soft and straight part yet i still love my fringe! muahaha....sighs when i see my hair like octupus again! crappppp

- visited inti for short while...

- ate more homecook food than hawker food though i'm from penang, where most people come here for food but not me...i know i'm weird....i dont miss penang food like crazy.....i miss mum's soup more!

- restaurant city in facebook, msn, sleep, eat, cook. that's all

seriously i felt like i just came back from hell

fri- english last essay
sun- bioinformatics assignment 12 and 13

that summarizes my dead week...the most accurate name ever! dead week is when you have to submit all the last assignments! =.=!!!

dead week = dead meat!

right after the last submission of assignment on sun, the next day will be

my finals!

mon
10am-12noon: microbiology
6pm-8pm: physics

then life will be pack, pack and pack and of cz work T.T *dreadful*

12th will leave lincoln to LA, 14th will leave LA to KL, 15th you will see my presence around in malaysia =) 90% of my time spent will be in penang though....teeheeee XD
