wheee!!!

i just remembered my polymerase chain reaction (PCR) worked out fine

my gel electrophoresis worked out fine...

for the first time i managed to run my gel successfully

I SEE BANDSSSSS!!! :)

i remember the gel we did last semester for my microbiology lab was disappointing...all 8 groups have no bands! :/

oh wait, before i succeed my phone was contaminated with ethidium bromide!

the area on the bench which could possibly be contaminated with EtBr is labelled as "POISON!" some more with the skeleton logo....

thanks to a phone call from a credit card company (no i dont have debts, i want to apply only :p)

quickly changed gloves and cleaned my phone with water and alcohol

so i ended my project on congujation between bacteria...no more E.coli and the other 6 strains

next project: which one do you like? genetics or biochem?

GENETICS! a confirmed loud and clear GENETICS... :)

so now more genetics, less biochem...

more PCR reaction and more gelssss
