2nd, i have this L18+80 strain that never never never want to show bands on my gels! the uncountable times of running a colony pcr and a 16sRDNA pcr and electrophoresis, i think i'm now better than the protocol!

seriously, this really pissed me off to the max! and i've tried redoing for 4 times...

pek chek betul!!!

when the 4th time i still couldnt get bands, i'm really at the verge of bursting into tears!
