i did well on the thursday experiment based on the plates i've checked today...kinda happy but it should be good since i've done that for gazillion times...

but i failed the one today...

it was disastrous!

usually most of the steps were actually prepared by christophe but i know how does it work... *i'm pampered*

so yea today i have to do everything from scratch...right from the step where i have to even prepare the culture myself! T.T

everything went on smooth i think, based on my "love letter"....

i've never received a love letter...but this piece is just so not romantic...

but at one point, julie who assisted me added the wrong tube to the wrong flask!!!!

when i realized it was too late...cz i dont know which one is which!!!!! and since i'm leading her, i didnt check on her...my bad...i should be "polished"... =.="

so yea...i thought i could show him something since i've been working there for sometime...

to make things fail even further, my ODs were negative!!! less than water!!!

omfg!!! holy crap...just as well the data wasnt as important as the one i did...hopefully my set of data is not disappointing....please.....

the next time i do this experiment, i'm so gonna nail it!

bugger!!! why did i even fail this! just as well it's not the expensive copper or else i will be so dead now! ahhahaha
