today started off with the funniest moment and is the best highlight of the trip....and yea i almost get killed by my bosses...LOL
so last night my big boss asked me to set the alarm for everybody to wake up...since he turned off his phone for charging and etc...and i said OKAY! =) so i asked him what time should we get up, he said 7am! okay sure! happily i did my assigned task to set the alarm at 7am...
and this morning my alarm rang at 7am!!!! BUT IT WAS LINCOLN TIME!!!!!
o.m.g!
it was only 6am in UTAH!!!!
O.O!!!!!!
and my alarm ring tone is the most annoying ringtone ever!
* it's a guy's voice shouting "wake up ar! faster wake up ar!" in cantonese*
and obviously the 2 europeans didnt get a thing of what my ring tone was about but only knew that A GUY IS SHOUTING!

they jumped up from bed before i could even realize it was my alarm!!!

and so we got up at 6am UTAH time... =.="
we got ready and had breakfast at 7am...
so at 8am we left the hotel....
where else our initial plan was to get up at 7am, breakfast at 8am and leave at 9am!

and so we arrived at page at around 11am...we went to the office to get our tickets for antelope canyon since we didnt get it done the night before...
and thank god we have 3 seats for the noon trip...
we rested a while and apparently they cancelled the trip to the canyon at 230pm which we initially planned for!!!!!
hohoho...!!!
IMAGINE IF WE LEFT AT 9AM!!!
we definitely could not make it for the noon trip and we will not get the 230pm trip
so we will not get to visit the canyon...
so my accidental morning call saved our lives!
so now they THANK me!
hiak hiak hiak!!! *evil grin*

then we got back to the office at 2-ish and had lunch nearby...
then we drove again to Jacob's lake where we will stay a night at...
on our way, there's this awesome scene...just a part which is raining and the other part has no rain! o.O

so we saw a deer by the road side...like literally beside us...
and my big boss stopped the car so that christophe could take a photo of it...
and of cz to prepare a DSLR takes time...
and i was there behind keep saying faster faster faster *in case the deer runs away ma!*

the deer heard me and of course RAN AWAY!!!

the two of them once again wanted to kill me so so so badly!!!

then we arrived at the North Rim of Grand Canyon
a shot from Bright Angel's point...
and we think that is not a very nice place for taking pictures so we dashed to the other side of the canyon into the woods, speeding like mad just to be in time for sun set!
it's like a scene in twilight....all trees and a winding road....a vampire could come out and attack us at anytime!
ahahah
while waiting for the moment of course we took pictures...tonnes of them!!!
we were again so lucky to be in time for all the sunset pictures...

then we had dinner at the lodge...and went back to the cabin...

i dont like the cabin, it's not because it doesnt have internet...okay that's one thing but i can live without internet! =p
but the bathroom is so so so freaking small that i cant even turn in there!!!
so i decided to shower only at night and not in the morning cz i dont want to go in there again!

the freaking bed has 2 huge ants which made me paranoid....ahhhhh didnt sleep quite well
